How do Bear Paw boards work?

Join or Volunteer for a Committee!

Both the Bear Paw Service District Board and the Bear Paw Property Owners Board have committees which are always happy to have more volunteers.

BPSD Committee

Bear Paw Beautification Committee

This committee was formed in March of 2025 for the purpose of coordinating community-driven beautification activities on BPSD property.  Activities must be approved by the BPSD board and are funded jointly by BPSD.

BPPOA Committee

Community Action Committee

This committee has had different names over the years, but kept its core mission to bring the Bear Paw Community together.  This is accomplished through holding multiple events throughout the year which are open to all Property Owners behind the gate.  See the calendar of events for more information.  Please join us for the fun!
