Thank you to everyone who has completed the form to get either Cellphone or Key Fob access to the Bear Paw gate and amenities. If you have not yet completed your forms, please see the "New Security Gate Access" section below and obtain a form.
Remember that each person must complete a form if they want to get the new security access. Anyone requesting access must have a unique email, name, and phone number or the security software will not accept your request.
The first step to using the new gate is to request access to the gate. The button below provides more information about the new gate access.
You will need an access token (either via your cellphone or a physical key fob) to enter the gate between 10pm and 6am. Guards will be on duty from 6am to 10pm each day and others times (such as holiday weekends) as decided by the BPSD board.

If you have a rental property and want to provide a key fob for access to Bear Paw from 10pm to 6am you must request a "Renters Key Fob".
The process to request the Renters Key Fob is very similar to the process used for gate access.
Obtain a Rental Fob Request form and submit the completed form to the office along with a check for the key fob fee.
During the May 2026 BPSD Board Meeting the board agreed to allow property owner groups to request up to 2 fobs for family members to access the Bear Paw gate.
The request must be made by a member of the property owner group and must include an email address for the property owner.
Obtain a Family Member Fob Request and submit the completed form to the office along with the fob fees via check.
Similar to gate access, a form must be completed to ADD pool access to an existing access token (either your cellphone or a key fob).
Included with pool access is an agreement regarding the pool usage and the requirement to pay a Pool Usage Fee.
