Thank you to everyone who has completed the form to get either Cellphone or Key Fob access to the Bear Paw gate and amenities. If you have not yet completed your forms, please see the "Get New GATE Security Access" section below to fill out the form.
Remember that each person must complete a form if they want to get the new security access. Anyone requesting access must have a unique email, name, and phone number or the security software will not accept your request.
We are now ready to provide access to some additional new security features. The next section highlights these new features and directs you to more details about each of them.
Similar to gate access, a form must be completed to ADD pool access to an existing access token (either your cellphone or a key fob).
Included with pool access is an agreement regarding the pool usage and the requirement to pay a Pool Usage Fee.
The form to request Pool Access is available to download and complete on this website by clicking on the button below.
If you have a rental property and want to provide a key fob for access to Bear Paw from 10pm to 6am you must request a "Renters Key Fob".
The process to request the Renters Key Fob is very similar to the process used for gate access.
